Por ello, es muy importante contar con el <em>onboarding<\/em> digital, para los momentos en los que contamos con un nuevo empleado en nuestra empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <em>onboarding<\/em> digital es un proceso que busca una buena integraci\u00f3n de los nuevos empleados en la empresa. Este proceso es fundamental ya que ayuda a entender cu\u00e1les son los objetivos, qu\u00e9 se espera de ellos y sus funciones dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos estudios aseguran que el 97% de los colaboradores deciden en los primeros 6 meses si permanecen en la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Lo que indica que, para estas nuevas incorporaciones, post-COVID-19, es fundamental tener una buena estrategia para hacer que estos nuevos ingresos sean exitosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso de <em>onboarding<\/em> tiene 4 objetivos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Informar las pol\u00edticas internas de la empresa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante que, antes de comenzar a trabajar, el nuevo empleado conozca las normas relacionadas con su puesto de trabajo, las de car\u00e1cter legal, social y hasta las de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transmitir la filosof\u00eda de la empresa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que todos los empleados vayan a un mismo objetivo es fundamental que desde el momento de su contrataci\u00f3n tengan el conocimiento de cu\u00e1les son los valores, objetivos, misi\u00f3n y visi\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conocer las funciones del puesto de trabajo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un buen plan de integraci\u00f3n empresarial tambi\u00e9n contempla hacer una peque\u00f1a formaci\u00f3n para explicar cu\u00e1les ser\u00e1n sus tareas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identificar su posici\u00f3n y la de sus compa\u00f1eros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante que los nuevos empleados conozcan desde el primer momento su posici\u00f3n dentro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, as\u00ed como la de sus compa\u00f1eros. Este punto ser\u00e1 muy f\u00e1cil teniendo un organigrama de empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan de <em>onboarding<\/em> no termina en el primer d\u00eda de trabajo y tampoco al momento de firmar el contrato y mostrarle las oficinas. Por eso lo llamamos proceso, porque va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de una simple bienvenida. Se trata de acompa\u00f1ar al nuevo empleado en sus inicios y hacer un seguimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para poder lograr esto deber\u00e1s tomar en cuenta 4 puntos importantes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Retenci\u00f3n del talento<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atreverse por el <em>onboarding<\/em> es una forma de retener el talento, ya que estamos invirtiendo en ellos. Y eso, al final, se traducir\u00e1 en una fidelidad por parte de los empleados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aumento de la productividad<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si realizamos un buen plan de integraci\u00f3n, nuestros nuevos trabajadores conocer\u00e1n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente sus tareas, la filosof\u00eda de la empresa y sus objetivos. Tanto es as\u00ed, que podemos aumentar un 54% m\u00e1s la productividad de la empresa con los nuevos empleados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mejora el <em>employer branding<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una empresa que se interesa por sus nuevos empleados dice mucho de ella y hace que destaque entre las dem\u00e1s. De esta manera, potenciar el <em>employer branding<\/em> nos permitir\u00e1 crear una imagen de marca, tanto interna como externa muy positiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ahorro en costos de contrataci\u00f3n<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho de que los nuevos trabajadores se marchen en los primeros meses supone un gran costo econ\u00f3mico para la compa\u00f1\u00eda, ya que tiene que volver a soportar los gastos de reclutamiento y selecci\u00f3n de personal. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n tenemos que a\u00f1adirle todas las horas que ha invertido el equipo en formar a la persona que despu\u00e9s se marcha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen diferentes momentos en los que tal vez tengamos que dar la bienvenida a un nuevo miembro de la empresa de manera <em>online<\/em>, ya sea porque vive fuera o porque se encuentren teletrabajando.
