{"id":2513,"date":"2025-06-04T17:38:40","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T17:38:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revistapotencialhumano.com.mx\/revistadigital\/?p=2513"},"modified":"2025-06-04T17:38:43","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T17:38:43","slug":"enfrenta-mexico-cuatro-desafios-laborales-en-la-nueva-era-trump","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistapotencialhumano.com.mx\/revistadigital\/enfrenta-mexico-cuatro-desafios-laborales-en-la-nueva-era-trump\/","title":{"rendered":"Enfrenta M\u00e9xico cuatro desaf\u00edos laborales en la nueva era Trump"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Ante la llegada de Donald Trump al poder, el mercado laboral mexicano es uno de los que m\u00e1s podr\u00eda verse afectado debido a la interdependencia que existe entre ambas naciones.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Algunos posibles impactos son: recortes de personal por la desaceleraci\u00f3n comercial; un mayor n\u00famero de extranjeros desempleados; y la cancelaci\u00f3n de plazas laborales.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>El mercado laboral mexicano debe prepararse, analizando los procesos internos de cada organizaci\u00f3n, planeando estrat\u00e9gicamente servicios a precios atractivos, entre otros.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Las nuevas pol\u00edticas anunciadas meses atr\u00e1s por la administraci\u00f3n Trump para este periodo presidencial, podr\u00edan generar cambios significativos en M\u00e9xico, especialmente en el \u00e1mbito laboral ya que debemos considerar que el mercado es muy susceptible a cualquier nuevo contexto, como una posible disminuci\u00f3n de inversiones; ajustes que los empresarios tendr\u00edan que realizar para adaptarse a las nuevas reglas del juego; o incluso cancelaciones de proyectos en M\u00e9xico. Como parte del despacho Littler &#8211; especializado en Derecho Laboral -, identifico cuatro posibles retos que podr\u00edan afectar el mercado laboral mexicano:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Recortes de personal:<\/em><\/strong><em> el posible aumento de aranceles a las exportaciones mexicanas podr\u00eda desacelerar el flujo comercial, ocasionando p\u00e9rdidas de ingresos para los exportadores y la necesidad de reducir costos, incluyendo posibles recortes de personal.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sobreoferta de mano de obra de migrantes:<\/em><\/strong><em> la pol\u00edtica de deportar migrantes indocumentados a M\u00e9xico, independientemente de su nacionalidad, aumentar\u00e1 la mano de obra disponible y agudizar\u00eda el d\u00e9ficit de oportunidades laborales en el pa\u00eds. Incluso existiendo vacantes suficientes para contratar a extranjeros desempleados, la Ley Federal del Trabajo limita estas contrataciones a un m\u00e1ximo del 10% de la plantilla laboral, a menos que se justifique la necesidad de talento extranjero o la naturaleza gerencial del puesto. El marco legal no est\u00e1 ajustado para enfrentar esta problem\u00e1tica.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reubicaci\u00f3n de inversiones:<\/em><\/strong><em> desde su primer periodo como presidente, Trump instaur\u00f3 medidas para recuperar inversiones estadounidenses en M\u00e9xico al otorgar beneficios fiscales. Tal fue el \u00e9xito de esta decisi\u00f3n que en el a\u00f1o 2017 Ford cancel\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de una nueva planta en San Luis Potos\u00ed para reubicarla en Estados Unidos. Teniendo este antecedente, es probable que vuelva a tomar acciones similares provocando la cancelaci\u00f3n de proyectos como la planta de Tesla en Nuevo Le\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el cierre o reducci\u00f3n de operaciones existentes en M\u00e9xico, afectando nuestra tasa de desempleo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Discriminaci\u00f3n y violencias:<\/em><\/strong><em> El cambio de rumbo en las pol\u00edticas de diversidad, inclusi\u00f3n y equidad de Trump podr\u00eda influir en filiales mexicanas de empresas estadounidenses, reduciendo los recursos destinados a combatir la discriminaci\u00f3n y el acoso laboral, lo que podr\u00eda aumentar los \u00edndices de violencia en el trabajo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Estamos por cruzar el primer semestre del a\u00f1o y M\u00e9xico enfrenta momentos desafiantes, especialmente para empleadores y empleados que buscan mantener sus fuentes de empleo.
