{"id":2871,"date":"2025-07-31T23:21:52","date_gmt":"2025-07-31T23:21:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revistapotencialhumano.com.mx\/revistadigital\/?p=2871"},"modified":"2025-07-31T23:21:56","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T23:21:56","slug":"jornada-laboral-en-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistapotencialhumano.com.mx\/revistadigital\/jornada-laboral-en-mexico\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico se prepara para una jornada laboral de 40 horas: escenarios y pr\u00f3ximos pasos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-886f5719ac4d1b37365f8810ea29097a\"><strong><em>Colaboraci\u00f3n por Estefan\u00eda Rueda<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>El consenso entre los sectores involucrados en los foros convocados en los dos meses anteriores, del 2 de junio al 7 de julio por la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social, ser\u00e1n cruciales para definir los ajustes necesarios.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>C\u00f3mo no afectar la operaci\u00f3n empresarial; qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 con el pago de horas extra; c\u00f3mo se adaptar\u00e1n los distintos sectores productivos; y qu\u00e9 apoyos gubernamentales o incentivos facilitar\u00e1n la transici\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien a\u00fan no existe un proyecto de iniciativa formal en el Congreso, los recientes llamados de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS) para realizar foros de discusi\u00f3n con representantes del sector obrero y patronal, marcan el inicio de una ruta para transformar la estructura laboral del pa\u00eds hacia 2030, para una transici\u00f3n gradual hacia una jornada laboral m\u00e1xima de 40 horas semanales. Esta v\u00eda abre la posibilidad de dise\u00f1ar una estrategia escalonada, socialmente responsable y econ\u00f3micamente viable.En este contexto, comparto mi an\u00e1lisis sobre sus escenarios e implicaciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reforma legislativa progresiva<\/strong>: el cambio no ser\u00e1 inmediato. La propuesta es implementar una reducci\u00f3n gradual de la jornada laboral, iniciando en 2026 y culminando en 2030 con un m\u00e1ximo de 40 horas semanales para la jornada diurna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Planeaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica del sector empresarial:<\/strong> el sector patronal ha expresado su apertura al cambio, siempre que se implemente de forma escalonada, lo que permitir\u00eda a las empresas redise\u00f1ar estructuras de personal, planificar turnos y ajustar presupuestos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sin cambios en el c\u00e1lculo de horas extra: <\/strong>por el momento no se vislumbran reformas en el r\u00e9gimen de horas extra.
