Es precisamente para transformar el miedo en motivaci\u00f3n, que son cada vez m\u00e1s las personas que recurren al coaching, una herramienta que, entre otras cosas, puede ayudar a los l\u00edderes a trazar un plan de acci\u00f3n para seguir vigentes en un entorno tan cambiante como el actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que la llegada de la IA al mundo laboral s\u00ed est\u00e1 teniendo un impacto real. De acuerdo con el reporte Working Through Change, un 13% de los empleados del mundo afirmaron haber perdido su trabajo debido a esta tecnolog\u00eda, siendo \u00e1reas como movilidad, servicios financieros o el sector aeroespacial los m\u00e1s afectados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Global Workforce Hopes and Fears Survey 2024, cap\u00edtulo M\u00e9xico de PWC, mostr\u00f3 que el 55% de los mexicanos encuestados cree que la Inteligencia Artificial Generativa cambiar\u00e1 su profesi\u00f3n en un periodo menor a 5 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese a que el panorama puede parecer complejo, hay muchas oportunidades, especialmente para aquellos que ven a la Inteligencia Artificial como una manera de aprender, evolucionar y crecer. Este camino no suele ser sencillo pues puede implicar un cambio total de profesi\u00f3n, de ah\u00ed que los especialistas en coaching son un aliado para transitar todo este proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas que recurren al coaching suelen tener lo m\u00e1s importante: la motivaci\u00f3n para el cambio, sin embargo, pueden no contar con las herramientas necesarias para lograrlo.
