Entraste, saludaste, pero nadie te hizo sentir bienvenido. No hubo presentaci\u00f3n ni alguien que te explicara qu\u00e9 hacer o d\u00f3nde sentarte. Horas despu\u00e9s, segu\u00edas sinti\u00e9ndote como un visitante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O quiz\u00e1s fue despu\u00e9s de un cambio de equipo, un reto personal o una etapa dif\u00edcil. Las cosas no iban bien, y aunque cumpl\u00edas con tu&nbsp;<strong>trabajo<\/strong>, nadie pregunt\u00f3 c\u00f3mo estabas. Nadie lo not\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No fue mala intenci\u00f3n. Es una conexi\u00f3n genuina entre personas que se&nbsp;<strong>escuchan<\/strong>, se apoyan y se reconocen de manera constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es una relaci\u00f3n positiva y sostenida entre colaboradores y&nbsp;<strong>l\u00edderes<\/strong>&nbsp;que se manifiesta a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n abierta y constante.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inter\u00e9s genuino por el bienestar del otro.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confianza mutua.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reconocimiento sincero y oportuno.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta conexi\u00f3n construye v\u00ednculos que fortalecen el sentido de pertenencia, el trabajo en equipo, el compromiso y la intenci\u00f3n de quedarse en la&nbsp;<strong>organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-edb7ab3a02e06d8d3e5642fc2315f13a\"><strong>Se\u00f1ales de desconexi\u00f3n en el equipo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ausencia de&nbsp;<strong>cercan\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;no siempre se nota de inmediato, pero sus efectos son profundos.
