Noriega<\/em><\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las historias memorables rara vez empiezan donde uno espera. En este caso, comenz\u00f3 con una boda: la de Yara y Lalo, grandes amigos de mi esposa, celebrada en P\u00e1tzcuaro, Michoac\u00e1n. La primera pregunta que hice fue inevitable: <strong>\u201c\u00bfPero si viven en Canc\u00fan, por qu\u00e9 no organizarla en esa playa espectacular?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La respuesta nos llev\u00f3 justo ah\u00ed, al Aeropuerto Internacional de Canc\u00fan, donde mi esposa tomaba un vuelo muy temprano de regreso a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico despu\u00e9s de una junta de trabajo. Yo la recoger\u00eda para dirigirnos en carretera rumbo a la boda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horas despu\u00e9s, camino a Michoac\u00e1n, paramos en Morelia para comer en <em>San Miguelito<\/em>, ese restaurante \u00fanico que combina gastronom\u00eda, tradici\u00f3n y cientos de San Antonios de cabeza vigilando cada platillo. Lo dej\u00e9 en seguridad del aeropuerto\u201d<\/em>. Y me narr\u00f3 el momento como si a\u00fan estuviera ah\u00ed: retirar el reloj, colocar la maleta, recoger las pertenencias, correr al vuelo\u2026 y olvidar lo esencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como dicta el manual del buen esposo, respond\u00ed lo que hab\u00eda que responder: que no se preocupara, que el objeto pod\u00eda reponerse, que lo importante era el viaje, la boda, el fin de semana juntos. Pero la verdad es que ambos ten\u00edamos la inquietud clavada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esa misma noche decidimos escribir al \u00e1rea de <strong>Lost and Found<\/strong> del Aeropuerto de Canc\u00fan. No perd\u00edamos nada; despu\u00e9s de todo, \u00bfqui\u00e9n podr\u00eda localizar un reloj extraviado en uno de los aeropuertos m\u00e1s transitados del pa\u00eds?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sorpresa vino al siguiente d\u00eda h\u00e1bil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recibimos una respuesta tan amable como eficiente, confirm\u00e1ndonos que <strong>s\u00ed hab\u00edan encontrado el reloj<\/strong>, asignado a un n\u00famero de referencia, adem\u00e1s de ofrecernos cuatro m\u00e9todos de recuperaci\u00f3n: recogerlo en persona, autorizar a un tercero, env\u00edo nacional por DHL o env\u00edo internacional por FedEx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Optamos por el env\u00edo nacional, pagamos la gu\u00eda y comenzamos un proceso que, lejos de ser burocr\u00e1tico, result\u00f3 claro y acompa\u00f1ado en cada paso gracias al profesionalismo de <strong>Heriberto Nava, Coordinador de Lost and Found de ASUR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fue as\u00ed como, d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, el reloj lleg\u00f3 a nuestra casa en perfectas condiciones. Aunque no controla equipaje perdido dentro del avi\u00f3n (responsabilidad de las aerol\u00edneas), s\u00ed garantiza que cada art\u00edculo recuperado sea tratado con orden, registro y trazabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un mundo donde las grandes historias de servicio al cliente suelen perderse entre procesos, indicadores y m\u00e9tricas, esta experiencia nos record\u00f3 que la calidez, la eficiencia y la atenci\u00f3n personalizada siguen generando un impacto real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El reloj volvi\u00f3 a casa.<br>Y Yara y Lalo ya est\u00e1n felizmente casados.<br>Michoac\u00e1n nos regal\u00f3 un viaje inolvidable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero lo m\u00e1s valioso fue constatar que, detr\u00e1s de un \u00e1rea que muchos consideran rutinaria, existe un equipo profesional comprometido con hacer las cosas bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gracias a ASUR, a la oficina de Lost and Found del Aeropuerto Internacional de Canc\u00fan y a todo el personal que entiende que, para cada viajero, ning\u00fan objeto es \u201csolo una cosa\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
