intervenci\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>Mariana G\u00f3mez Tagle Silva<\/strong>, subdirectora de Auditor\u00eda de Cultura de Great Place to Work\u00ae M\u00e9xico, present\u00f3 la&nbsp;<strong>metodolog\u00eda detr\u00e1s del listado Los Mejores CHROs de M\u00e9xico 2025<\/strong>, destacando el prop\u00f3sito que inspira este reconocimiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u00a8Reconocer a quienes hacen de la gesti\u00f3n de talento un eje de competitividad y son la voz estrat\u00e9gica que conecta a las personas con la visi\u00f3n de negocio. <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a8<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta edici\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>100 organizaciones certificadas<\/strong>&nbsp;formaron parte del listado, con base en&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s de 198,000 respuestas de colaboradores<\/strong>&nbsp;y el an\u00e1lisis de&nbsp;<strong>las pr\u00e1cticas que fortalecen la experiencia laboral<\/strong>, desde la capacitaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo, hasta el liderazgo, la compensaci\u00f3n y la confianza organizacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure conferencia&nbsp;<strong>\u201cBienestar Mental y Liderazgo Humano: El rol del CHRO en construir culturas resilientes\u201d<\/strong>, impartida por&nbsp;<strong>Fernando Hern\u00e1ndez Avil\u00e9s<\/strong>, director general de Resiliencia Organizacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fernando comparti\u00f3 hallazgos sobre los desaf\u00edos actuales de los equipos de Recursos Humanos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El\u00a0<strong>79%<\/strong>\u00a0siente que cuidan de otros, pero que\u00a0<strong>nadie los cuida a ellos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un\u00a0<strong>76%<\/strong>\u00a0considera que no puede mostrar debilidad frente al resto de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Y el\u00a0<strong>88%<\/strong>\u00a0reconoce vivir bajo una\u00a0<strong>alta presi\u00f3n emocional<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base en datos globales y en la investigaci\u00f3n de Great Place to Work\u00ae, destac\u00f3 que el liderazgo basado en resiliencia no s\u00f3lo enfrenta las crisis, sino que transforma la cultura organizacional desde la empat\u00eda, la fortaleza y la
